I have an active adobe cloud account and wishing to download the download app on my iMac. i am unable to download any of the actual applications. Stuck at the initial installation screen. At best i was able to complete 20%.

How to download my first app on a new iMac. currently have 3 other iMacs using adobe cloud. NOTE I am logged in to my account and attempting to download.
