I have an adobe account but its saying I don't have one

For some reason every few months my account will lock me out of the apps and when i try to open them i can "sign up for a free 7 day trial." and in the past ive just waited it out until it comes back to normal somehow. I'm growing tired of this and could use some help. Any help would be much appreciated.
