i have an issue installing adobe creative cloud and all the adobe applications

this error keeps happenning(205) this since i was downloading the adobe creative cloud app and my computer shut down and i've been trying to download since that happend and it gets stock in 0.6% and the error 205 or 117 appears. i've tried everything and i cant solve it: i tried to uninstall them and then tried to install them back(with the adobe cleaning tool), the adobe support thing says that it is a connection issue but it is obviously not that. what can i do?
