I have been billed even though I cancelled the free trial well before the trial end date. I have a cancellation confirmation but have been billed. How do I get my money back!

It was a seven day trial. I cancelled after three days. Cancelled all - but they still took the first months money. It’s not ok.

A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel
