Earlier this year, in April i purchased a adobe account. I purchased the all apps for students and teachers. My membership and account got closed down and restricted to the normal adobe membership about 2 weeks ago because my card wouldn't go through your systems. But yesterday i tried to buy it again and i got an error message saying i have to enter my information again. So i did, but it gave me the same error message AND i was charged TWO times to my card. Then i tried again this morning with a different card, and I got charged again. I also still don't have access to any applications and it says i'm still a free member, but i have paid three different times. What do i do? I need my account for my projects and assignments!
