i have been having the same issue for 2-3 weeks none has seem to fix the problem yet besides tell me the same thing over and over again I am getting aggravated with the problem and missing work deadlines so can some please help me. my disk is reading

i have been having the same issue for 2-3 weeks none has seem to fix the problem yet besides tell me the same thing over and over again I am getting aggravated with the problem and missing work deadlines so can some please help me. my disk is reading a counterfeit error which I don't know why and the downloadable master collection for cs6 is not completing have tried it three time it say complete at around 4 to 4.2 GB when the file is 6.6 GB and not allowing me to install it at all. I have plenty storage on my Macbook I did not have these issues the first time I installed it

    You could try downloading without the use of the download assistant by going thru the site linked below.

    You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
