I have been on hold for 92 minutes and still no one answers at adobe. What is the exact path to reinstall CS6? I cannot find it on the site.

It is clear that Adobe does refuses any questions about anything via phone. It's over 90 minutes on hold with not one voice to be heard.

I despise that part of the company and a few others as well, but won't go into that here. If they have so many problems with their products they need to hire more people.

What a concept.

Does ANYONE know the exact path on the useless Adobe site to follow in order to reinstall CS6?  It keeps giving me a message that something isn't there and needs to be reinstalled.

It would be much more helpful if we could see the EXACT error message / code that comes up.   We're not mind readers, we are  product users just like you.

If I were to make a wild guess, I'd say you need the latest Windows Updates & a Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
