you have to deactivate that acrobat using a computer that has a current activation AND that meets adobe’s security requirements (which is a high hurdle).

before trying to deactivate, carefully read https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/activation-limit-reached-for-non-subscription-adobe-desktop-applications/td-p/14804413?linkId=100000376554410

Acrobat XI reached its end of life in 2017. For security reasons, it should not be used.

Use a supported product that’s compatible with newer systems. Adobe has free & paid options.

    Hope that helps.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support… you have just given your serial number away

    Hi PierreDiel,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

I would like to inform you that Acrobat XI is an older version that is no longer supported. It may or may not function correctly with the latest operating system versions. For more information, refer to the following help document: End of support for Adobe Acrobat XI and Reader XI

Could you please provide the complete error message you receive when trying to activate Acrobat XI on your new machine? A screenshot of the error message would also be very helpful.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
