I have changed my mainboard (PC Win 7) and LR 6 doesn't start

I have to download agin?

I must start from LR 5 and upgrade to LR 6?

    Yes you are right.

    You will need to load it again.

    Please see Download Photoshop Lightroom if required.

    You should not have to install LR5 if that is what you are asking.  You should be able to install LR6 and when you activate it you should be prompted to identify LR5 as the qualifying version and provide the LR5 serial number.
