I have changed my password on my IMac twice and it still will not work, so I can download photoshop elements 12. I have tried both Safari and Firefox as my browsers and nothing seems to work.

My password works to get me into Adobe, but when I try to use that password to download photoshop elements 12 to my IMac, it won't recognize the password. I have tried using both Safari and Firefox browsers, but that didn't work.

Should I switch to my google address?
