I have computers that are no longer working with production premium serials that need to be deactivated.

I have contacted adobe via chat agent.

They said that they would email me.  They emailed me to a page that didn’t have a solution.

They closed the Ticket. 

Contacted Agent and they told me to post on here.

I would like my serials deactivated on the dead computers they’re registered please.

    @runlivid Adobe no longer reset activation counts for perpetual licences, so if you can’t deactivate it from the previous installs, you’re out of luck.

    No can do.  Only you can deactivate a device with legacy Creative Suite on it.

    If the devices are lost or dead, you’re stuck. Those activations are gone forever.

    You’ll need to replace Creative Suite.

    @Ged_Traynor is correct, you will need to deactivate the software on a previous installation. Please see
