I have creative cloud downloaded. I'm signed up for a monthly fee. I wish to do my first download. I do not want a trial. I want to download photoshop. I was in the process of accomplishing a download of photoshop with a tech support but it was too slow and I had a doctor's appt to get to. Had to close down when it was 18%. I assume I have to start over. How do I know I'm not loading a trial? I just need to know the proper steps to try on my own. could someone guide me? Thank you.
