I have creative cloud for student plan that I need to cancel now. but in Adobe ID, it says i have a Creative Cloud Free membership,

I have creative cloud for student plan that I need to cancel now. but in Adobe ID, it says i have a Creative Cloud Free membership,

now, I figured out that I have been paying monthly for the plan.

How can I cancel it?

Please help me. I don't want to waste of money with the stuff I don't use.
