I have creative cloud, my hard drive crashed and I'm trying to install it back on my mac. I don't want to download the trial version because I see there are lots of problems when the trial expires, what do I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Seth

PLEASE HELP! I attempted to update to Adobe CC Desktop 2015 (June 16 Update) and nothing happened just blank, lost all functionality, wasn't even able to quit adobe cc or access any info or apps.

In an attempt to fix this initial problem I got a bum steer on another forum saying to uninstall Adobe CC Desktop including all my apps (premiere pro, media encoder, after effects, lightroom, speed grade) and then reinstall.

Since removing all the software I have downloaded the Adobe CC Desktop installer and attempted to re-install, but a quarter way through the installation it just stops!

I have the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for Faculty/Staff and have lost everything!

Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?

Has the installation process stalled or disappeared ?
