Question

I have Creative Suite 4 (amateur) but need to share documents with Indian graphics company and I can't open file properly. I think I need to upgrade to latest version. What is the best and most economical way to do this?

BTW.  I am the amateur, not the software.

    Hi Alice,

Depends on what sort of documents you are looking to share. Below mentioned link would share the price and product options for Creative Cloud Subscription. Please go through them and that should give you a good idea in terms of what options you to upgrade.

    Thanks Kartikay

I was looking at these options.  If I subscribe to the Cloud service, does that mean I am upgraded to CS6 and will have the plug ins.

Do I need to uninstall my CS4, or will the system recognise my current software and upgrade?

Also if I cease my subscription, which version will I be left with?

    Thanks

    Alice

If you subscribe to Creative Cloud Subscription, you will have the latest version of Adobe products ie Adobe CC 2014. ( You get CS6,Adobe CC and Adobe CC 2014 version as a part of it).

You dont have to uninstall CS4 but would need to install the latest version as they are not an update but a completely new product altogether. If in case you decide to part ways with us, you will still have the option to use CS4 only.
