You cannot install CS5.5 Windows onto your Mac.

You must either purchase a new copy of CS6 for your Mac or join the Creative Cloud (and pay the monthly fee).

If you join the Cloud you can then install CS6 (and soon version CC) on both your Mac and Windows for the same membership fee.

adobe does allow cross-platform exchanges but only for the latest products (cs6, currently): http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/order-product-platform-language-swap.html

your current options with adobe are limited to upgrading.
