I have CS 6 but cannot install it: it tells me that the software is not original

I bought CS6 some years ago, and have the original box. At a reinstall on my new computer, A am told that the software is not original - despite the fact that I am using the serial number on the box.

Adobe has stolen a product that has been mine for years, or what?

>installation on a number of computers (probably 5)

Did you properly DE-activate to be able to install on more than the allowed 2 computers?

maybe you purchased pirated software.

who did you purchase it from and what year did you make the purchase?

Sorry, I paid full price at a respected retailer in 2012, November @ iSoftware in Gloucester Str. London, the price was 825,15 £. It came here a few days later, and I have used it for installation on a number of computers (probably 5) since with the same s.n. So you are very wrong accusing me of buying pirate software, in fact I'm a little embarrased. I would be more happy if you could help me get MY software up and running.Today I have a subscription on LrC and PS, but I need desperately AI and ID

The CS 6 installation just tells me that the software is not original - but I am sitting with my original box with the serial nummer printet, and I have put it in correctly. I am furious if I cannot reinstall it on my new computer.
