I have CS5 on a desktop that died, Replaced the desktop but do not see my download information on my account.

I have CS5 Student/Teacher on a desktop that died. I have replaced the desktop with a new Windows 8 desktop but do not see my download information on my account. This software was originally downloaded directly from Adobe. How do I recover the software and install it on my new PC?
