I have download android handheld device

Whenever I want to open the product, a message appears reading I have to go to app manager on my phone at app settings and change it to default. There is no such option to be accessed on the appapp anger of my Samsung S4 mini

. The 30 day free trial run of this product had been downloaded successfully on phone I just can't access the use of it.

    Hi Michels24489075,

    Do you have an active Creative cloud Membership ?

    If Yes, You Can try to Sign out of the Adobe creative cloud desktop application  like below and then sign in back again.
