I have downloaded and installed trial dwcs6 but nothing happens when I click launch the app inside the Adobe application manager

I already have Cs4 master collective suite on my windows vista machine, it says installation complete and it went through the whole download progress bar and installation bar but it wont launch. What can I try to do to fix?

Thank you for responding. The problem was that I was trying to launch the trial DWCS6 while I still had DWCS4 open. Apparently that stopped the newer version from opening. It opened fine after I closed the CS4 v. and I have been LOVIN' on the CS6 since. Thanx again.

JimNormL are you able to locate any specific installation error messages in the installation log?  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
