I have downloaded creative cloud installer and have installed, but the application is no where to be found on my computer nor will any Adobe programs start downloading from the download page.

I have just purchased my monthly plan for Above programs and am trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud as well as all the other programs, however, after downloading the adobe creative cloud installer and installing, the application is no where to be found. Programs such as photoshop and indesign won't even start downloading from the download page even though it says "program is downloading."
