I have downloaded creative cloud with Photoshop CC, Premiere Pro CS6 and Acrobat DC install however Premiere Pro will not open. Where the open button is on the other app, the Premiere Pro app only says "Up To Date". If I click on this nothing happens

check your program files directory for the adobe>premiere pro cs6>premiere pro.exe file.

(restarting the cc app will probably also work.)
