I have downloaded CS4master collection but

But my Photoshop, and I have tried two times now will not install. I did not see it unchecked but it didn't install.

I have the old trial, but not active , of the photoshop CC left of my pc, but as I said it iis not even active, why wont my photoshop install ?

it is one of the most important product I need. I am getting tired of trying.
