I have downloaded elements 12 when I try and open the Contact Sheet I get a message saying 'the file or directory could not be found' what do I do now

I have downloaded elements 12 when I try and open the Contact Sheet I get a message saying 'the file or directory could not be found' what do I do now, the next box says this is a 'Could not complete Contact Sheet II because of a program error' - and thats it not help suggestions nothing just a dead end.
