i have downloaded my pay slip and it saved as web cant use as attachment

i dont know how to change to pdf and it wont let me finalise my purchase for lightroom so i can purchase it.

please help

    It is not clear to me what you problem is, but if you need to save a web page so you can attach it, you can take a screenshot and send the image instead of a pdf version.
