I have downloaded Photoshop but it wont let me install it as my password is incorrect

I have tried to download the Photoshop creative cloud but it asks me to enter a password when I try and install it. I have tried many options but none work. Please can you help me ASAP.

    Hi,

    It must be prompting you for the user account password for your machine.

    Please try to enter the password you use to log in to your machine.

      This doesn't work for me.  I have tried multiple passwords and it still doesn't let me log in.   Have even tried to reset the password and still won't work.

        Assume you're on a Mac?

        Can you post a screenshot of the dialogue box?

        If it look something like this, it's asking for your local administrator username and password. Nothing to do with Adobe.
