I have downoladed and tried to install CS6 on my computer after machine was upgraded to Windows 10. I receive a message that says "Serial number is not for qualifying product. The drop down list does not contain CS6 Design and Web Premium. What do

I have downloaded and tried to install CS6 on my computer after machine was upgraded to Windows 10.  I receive a message that says "Serial number is not for qualifying product. The drop down list does not contain CS6 Design and Web Premium.  What do I do to get it loaded and activated on my computer?

    That drop down, and the serial number that you provide needs to identify the previous version that you upgraded from because CS6 is an upgrade version in your case.
