I have error 16 & you need to re install programme

I pay monthly for the use of Acrobat Pro. I have been using the product for a while now without a problem. For some reason I'm now getting an error message appear.

The error is error16 remover & re install.

I have now uninstalled the programme. How do I reinstall now please?

and reinstall.

I have now tried that but it sees it as a trial & not a subscription
