I have extended my subscription, but the expiration date has not been extended by one year?

I have renewed my subscription. I have entered the code, but it still says that my subscription will expire next week, instead of next year. What to do?

Please allow 24h before contacting support. The renewal process takes some time. Mine took half a day before I got the message that the renewal did effectively work.
