I have followed all help files to re-installing my adobe elements 12, including setting up another account on my computer. This is what happens. All is well installing until the final installation part. My error message is: "The installation process has incountered an error while installing Share Technologies" Than it asks for a restart and rolls back all that is installed to that point. I do not understand the problem. I am the legal owner and I am running windows system 10. Which I do not think should make a difference considering its included in you r help files.
