I have got a new macbook pro and want to migrate my CC across. The Adobe pages go round and around and you keep coming back to the"first we need some details" blurb. Is it not possible to actually speak to someone who can tell me how to go about d

I have got a new macbook pro and want to migrate my CC across.  The Adobe pages go round and around and you keep coming back to the"first we need some details"  blurb.  Is it not possible to actually speak to someone who can tell me how to go about doing this???

Hi,

The migration generally doesn't work well on Mac.

I would advise you to install the CC apps from the link below:

Creative Cloud for desktop

Download, install, update, or uninstall apps

Unlike with the old Creative Suite licenses, a CC subscription does not need to be converted between operating systems - simply install the Creative Cloud Desktop App ( https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud?version=2.8 ) on your new compute - sign in on the download page with your AdobeID to remove the trial limits - from the CC app you can choose which programs you want to install. Any files and settings you have synchronized to CC on your old computer will be transferred across.
