I have graduated how can I install my Student/teacher edition on new computer?

I purchased CS5 in 2011 and graduated in 2012. My serial number/activation code was sent to my college email address (to prove that I was a student at the time) and since graduation I no longer have access to my student account. I still have the product box and my old student ID but not the emails or activation code.

I now have a new computer and stupidly did not keep my serial number/activation code so I now have no way of activating the software on my new laptop. I was hoping I could speak to someone on a live chat service or on the phone but have just been round and round in circles on the website trying to find the information I need. There doesn't seem to be a simple answer on the website.

So, how do I get my serial/activation codes and activate the software???
