Question

I have had a creative cloud membership for two years and now I can only download as trial versions

I am a current student and purchased a creative cloud membership about two years ago. All of the sudden when I open any program, it wants me to try the trial version. Strangely, it let me download a program that I had not downloaded; yet, the programs that I did have will no longer open unless I agree to a trial version.

Hi John,

Thank you for the suggestions. I took the time to try all of the troubleshooting tips, in addition to reverting to trial versions but none worked.

I also noticed that when I login, under Plans, it says no items available.
