I have InDesign. My computer crashed, so I need to reinstall. Can't find my serial number.

I have looked everywhere for my serial number -- it is gone. I thought I had registered the product, but it is not in my account. Adobe shows the purchase, but not the serial number.

Any way to get a new one? or retrieve the old one?

    If you need to find your serial number for a non-creative cloud product that you registered previously, start by signing in to your Adobe account. On the Manage Accounts page that appears, all of your registered products and their serial numbers are listed in the Plans & Products section.

    I have looked on my account. It shows my purchase, but not the serial number. It just tells me where to look for the serial number on the box (the box has been lost). I thought the product was registered, but they don't show any record of it. It was purchase through the educational program.

    If you did not register the product, I am not aware of any other way to find the serial number. If you have ever used a different Adobe ID for products, you might try logging in to that one to check also.
