I have paid for my cc subscription and I have installed my photoshop and cc onto my gaming/design tower at home but I have a high end laptop I'm wanting to install it onto and it will only let me install the trial version of the software rather than the full suite and ive looked al over the net and it says I can have it on 2 different machines and I'm only wanting to use it on 2. please can someone help me as I really need to install it onto my laptop for a customer I'm having to visit soon.

did you confirm that your account shows your subscription is what you expect, Adobe ID ?

did you sign out and then back in (using that same adobe id) to your cc desktop app?

if yes and yes, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

if no to either, explain.
