I have installed creative cloud and have updated Premiere Pro CC 2014 but it won't let me execute the program. Can you help?

Without proper system information and other technical details nobody can tell you anything. "Won't let me execute the program" is not proper tech talk and at best sounds like your computer is holding a grudge...
