When I click on the Creative icon on the desktop, creative cloud will not open.

Hi, Sheena,

Operating PC Windows 7 Home Premium. I get nothing. No window opening. Nothing. It worked two days ago. I was using it fine and then it just stopped opening when I click on the icon.

It's just frustrating when I can't use my subscribed product for a day and a half.

What?

Adobe's answer to this problem is not a real answer. The proper answer would be "I 'm sorry you have this problem. It will be fixed and you never have to be an adobe tech again."

I don't want a chat - who has time for a chat session to make a well-known product WORK? People have business to attend to.
