i have installed CSS5.5 but when i go to open it, it asks me for an application to open it with How do I open Css5.5 on Windows 10 so i can use my software

i downloaded my software i bought Css 55. however i can't open it. it says i need an application to open it. What application do i need to open it and where do i find it?

As far as I know, when you download a program from Adobe you download TWO files, a setup program and a compressed file... do you have 2 files?
