I have installed elements 12 and when I try to open it I am asked to sign in to adobe I sign in correctly but the scene goes away and just keeps asking me to sign in ,I cannot get passed this sign in request

how can I get passed the sign in process it just keep asking to sign cannot get through to the programme?
