I have installed succesfully but it wont let me open due to licensing ?
error code 213:310
it has downloaded successfully to my Mac but wont let me open. it is Lightroom 5
I was not asked for my serial number when I downloaded it

Shanac82152628 Error Code 213:310 indicates a failure to update the required licensing files. Please remove all Adobe software using the uninstallers available in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
Once you have ran all of the available uninstaller then please also download and run the CC Cleaner tool from Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.
Once you have run the uninstaller and the CC Cleaner tool you will then be in a good position to install Lightroom 5 successfully Shanac82152628. If you need a fresh copy of the installation files they are available at Download Photoshop Lightroom.
