I have just installed dreamweaver CC but I couldn't open the program

The operating system of my laptop is windows 10

After installing the dreamweaver program using Adobe creative cloud I couldn't open the program

I tried to open it as administrator but nothing happened.

I made right click on the exe file and assured that compatibility mode is disabled.

Previously I made sfc / scannow to the system
