THE PROBLEM IS I DIDN'T REALISE I HAD TO PURCHASE LIGHTROOM 5 FIRST

I HAVE LOADED THE UPGRADE VERSION ON MY MAC AND IT IS ASKING FOR ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBER

I HAVE NOW PURCHASED THE ORIGINAL VERSION FROM AMAZON AND IT'S ON ITS WAY

SHOULD I REMOVE THE UPGRADE VERSION FROM MY MAC

AND THEN INSTALL THE ORIGINAL VERSION

OR IS IT OK TO LEAVE THE UPGRADE VERSION ON AND INSTALL THE ORIGINAL WHEN IT ARRIVES

you can use the lr 5.5 upgrade for 30 days in trial mode.

when your lr 5 from amazon arrives you should have a serial number in the package. open lr 5.5 > click help > click activate and enter that lr 5 serial number. it should be accepted and your lr 5.5 trial should be activated to the full lr 5.5 version.
