I have just paid $79.00 to upgrade from Photoshop Elements 12 to a 'discounted' Photoshop 13.  However, I am being given no option to download.  I am on a MAC using Safari.  Please help.  I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the purchase if I cannot get this resolved.  Thanks!
