I have Lightroom v6.3 installed and running on my iMac. When I run the v6.4 installation program it fails and reports error V44M2P28 - Please help.

Please tell me how to attach a screenshot of the error. I have one - a pdf file - but can't see how to attach it.

I have now solved the problem.

After some research on the Internet I ascertained that I needed to uninstall Lightroom and then reinstall v.6.0.

Thereafter I was able to update directly from the program.

Version 6.4 is now up and running.
