I have lost my serial number for CS6 and have wasted half a day looking on Adobe web sites which keep bringing me back to the same home page. I cannot type in any of the modifiable field tool bars. I need this resolved promptly as I am a teacher and need it immediately.

Microsoft word conducted an update on my computer and the CS6 program disappeared.
