I have membership of Illustrator (One Year)

Dear Adobe Team,

I faced a problem regarding installation of Creative Clouds. My illustrator can't open. In adobe site, after sign my ID then a massage show in screen "You're already subscribed to the Creative Cloud single-app membership for Illustrator (one-year). See your plan details. We are unable to assign a license of the product you are trying to purchase to this account."

My app can't download, please help me.........

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
