I have multiple ids because none of my purchased software shows up

How do I consolidate the 2 ids. I know what happened. I changed my email address, so even if I try and log in under my old address, I don't remember the correct password and the site can't send it to me because that address no longer exists. Any suggestions? I am trying to track down my CS6 so I can install in my new computer.
