I have my serial number but where can i download my product?

Dell had to re image my drive but did not re install my Adobe that I purchased. I have my serial number but there is no link to download AdobeXI that I can find.

Any help would be great.

the only active link for XI on that page is for a Spanish version

That single link is valid for all of the languages listed in the adjacent column, not just Spanish.
