I have my serial number for Photoshop but I can't get a authorization code to activate.

I have version 8.0 of photoshop and I can't get an authorization code form Adobe to re-activate my photoshop. I upgraded to windows 10 and that's when this occured. I have gone back to Windows 7 but still cannot get Photohop to work. I have Illustrator and that works fine. No one at Adobe seems to be able to help

    Photoshop 8 is a Creative Suite 2 (CS2) product and the activation server for the Adobe CS2 products has been closed. But, you can access the link as follows and go through the article to get he procedure of downloading/installing the pre-activated Photoshop CS2
