I have no "caps" folder in my "Adobe" folder

I was just met with "Error 105" when Creative Cloud was updating. I am now unable to install any apps, and Creative Cloud keeps giving me this error message when trying to update. I did some digging and found out I need to give permission to the "Caps" folder, which should be in my "Library>Application Support>Adobe>Caps"

However, there is no "caps" folder at all. What am I doing wrong?

How do I "create the needed file"? I have no idea what it's supposed to say or do.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Try this link from Adobe Help:

Unable to install Adobe apps | Error 105

Nope, still no caps file, even after showing hidden files.

create the needed folder and file, if you're sure you're looking in the correct library folder.
